To avoid arbitration, Zach Parise signs for one year
After clearing cap space yesterday by trading Brian Rolston, the New Jersey Devils agreed to a one-year contract with Zach Parise to avoid the team-elected arbitration hearing on Wednesday.

Trenton Titans to Renew ECHL Affiliation With Flyers
It will be announced today at 1 PM that Trenton's East Coast Hockey League club - formerly the Titans, but named the Devils over the last four seasons - will once again be called the Titans and serve as the ECHL affiliate for the National Hockey League's Philadelphia Flyers.
