Flyers drop 3-2 shootout decision to Rangers
Zherdev has showed a dogged determination - as well as adding some much-needed spark to an offensive attack that has gone stagnant - speaks volumes of how he will handle this chance moving forward. And staying in the lineup once all of the forwards are healthy. As a matter of fact the Flyers, who have gone 1-4-4 in their last nine home games, exhibited a decent amount of desperation during the entire third period - something that could not be said of the first two periods.
