Leino sends Flyers to playoffs in Texas shootout
For a second consecutive season, the Philadelphia Flyers locked up a playoff position with a shootout victory, they just did it a lot earlier this year. With Saturday night's 3-2 shootout win over the Dallas Stars, Philadelphia locked up a spot in the postseason in game number 71. Last year, the Flyers needed a shootout victory over the New York Rangers on the last day of the regular season to qualify.
